I can't log into my admin console, what can I do?

Make sure you have the correct username and password (these are case sensitive so make sure you don't have caps lock on) Contact web-box if you are not sure you have the correct details.

If you have the correct username and password and still can't get in, check the following:
  • Go to tools on your browser
  • Internet options
  • Privacy - make sure the auto cookie box is un-ticked
